For the past decade, yoga has offered me strengthening, refuge, and nourishment. I hope that I can serve you in this way, sharing with you the benefits of this practice, in its many beautiful facets.

Rather than a large studio setting where you're lost in the mix, Mama Yoga offers a connected experience. With 1-on-1 sessions, I can tune into my student's needs, and adjust practices accordingly. Our classes are collaborative, responsive, restorative, and fun.
Each session is crafted just for you, based on the state of your body, mind, and soul.
We spend the first few minutes chatting... How are you? How was your week? How is your body feeling? How is your emotional state? Our yoga session unfolds from there, incorporating asana, pranayama, and meditation into a personalized practice that creates space for healing, strengthening, and growth.
